Agent console

Your book, on one screen,
in real time

The console is the product. Everything an agent actually does in a week — pricing, limits, desks, settlements — lives here, and nothing is more than two clicks deep.

PayPerHeadGuide agent console showing weekly figures and account rows

What is on the screen

Eight panels. No hidden modules sold as an upgrade, no feature behind a higher tier.

Week at a glance

Handle, hold, net position and open risk on one row, with last week beside it so a swing is obvious.

Desk tree

Your whole downline as a hierarchy. Add, clone, move, freeze or retire a desk without touching the accounts under it.

Limit controls

Ceilings by account, by sport, by market and by bet type. Set once, or override for a single slate.

Settle sheets

Weekly figures per account and per desk, with commission splits applied and a CSV export in one click.

Ticket ledger

Every wager with its stamp, price at acceptance, settlement and who touched it. Disputes end here.

Account intake

Create an account, set its ceiling and hand over credentials in under a minute — no ticket to support.

Exposure alerts

Get pinged when a market, an account or a desk crosses a threshold you set, before the slate closes.

Same on a phone

The console is one responsive build. What you do at a desk you do from a stadium seat.

A week in the console

  1. 01

    Open the week

Confirm ceilings, set which markets are live and load any custom pricing you want off the default feed.

  2. 02

    Watch it fill

Exposure updates as tickets land. Alerts fire on the thresholds you set, not on everything.

  3. 03

    Adjust mid-slate

Shade a line, tighten one account, pull a market. Changes are live the second you save them.

  4. 04

    Close and settle

Tickets grade automatically at final result. You review the sheet, apply splits and export.

Permissions that map to how you actually work

Most downlines break because a desk can see or do one thing too many. Permissions here are per capability, not per role, so you grant exactly the reach you intend.

  • Which sports and bet types a desk may open
  • Whether a desk can move ceilings or only request changes
  • Visibility of figures: own accounts, own tree, or nothing
  • Payout authority, capped at an amount you choose
  • Ability to create accounts versus only manage existing ones

Example desk tree

Master agent (you)
├── Desk A — full figures, no payout authority
│ ├── 42 accounts
│ └── Desk A1 — own accounts only
├── Desk B — sportsbook only, casino blocked
│ └── 18 accounts
└── Desk C — frozen (retains history)
